As Solicitation Agents, we are able to electronically gather shareholder signatures on deal-related documents. Each shareholder's information can be built into documents, and transaction parties will regularly get reports that represent the status of their signatures.

To help guarantee that there are funds available for any indemnification responsibilities of the shareholders, the Escrow Agent serves as a safe, impartial third party. Deal parties may open as many escrows as are necessary to complete the transaction through a single agreement. The parties will each have a dedicated account manager who will assist them in completing the transaction on schedule and in a seamless manner.

Through a secure web gateway, payment information and letters of transmittal can be gathered. Payments for all presented shareholders and any deal-related processing costs are normally processed on the day of closing.
